These rules will apply at Anton to the extent of any difference with other quoted AAC policies.

Booking Payment

Online bookings are credit or debit card only. No bookings will be held without payment. If you cannot pay by credit or debit card, EFT can only be arranged via the Booking Agent.

Cancellation Policy.

  • 28 or more days notice = 75% refund
  • 27 or less days notice = no refund

Booking priority opening dates

For full week and 5 day midweek bookings: 

AAC standard dates apply.

For weekend and short ( <4 days) midweek bookings:

  • NEW. Full Members: 28 days in advance
  • Associate Members /AAC: 16 days in advance
  • Guests: 15 days in advance

Members ( adults & junior) participating in official race training and events

  • Can book bunkrooms 15 & 16 for weekends from 1 February 2020. Note minimum booking 2 nights.

Other Booking Rules

  • Minimum stay 2 nights
  • Maximum booking 3 weeks
  • NEW In Off Peak Winter season, children accommodation is free, up to 2 per adult couple, 3rd child and beyond pays half applicable adult rate.
  • Free rate anytime for Child Under 4 is dependent on the child sleeping in porta cot or similar in double room where both bed places are booked and paid for by parents/guardians.
    Child Under 4 free rate does not apply to bunk rooms. All other children pay Child rates.
  • Best efforts will be made but no guarantee of male only or female only bunk rooms or twin single rooms. Bunk rooms and king single twin rooms can be booked on a unisex basis at the discretion of the booking agent and reference to the committee to ensure that maximum member usage is made possible.

Accommodation inclusions

Winter and Off Peak* Booking rates include

  • NEW Provision of linen ( fitted bottom sheet, top sheet, pillow case, bath towel and mat). No opt out possible.
    Note: doona and doona cover is still provided by the lodge
  • NEW All bedroom cleaning provided by lodge managers. No opt out possible.
  • Continental Breakfast items provided

* Summer booking rates do not include cleaning, linen or breakfast material

  • NEW Peak Winter and Off Peak Winter Booking process will facilitate 2 optional extra services via outside providers at negotiated concessional rates. Payment will be between user and service provider.
