Tariffs for children

Under 18 sleeping in parent's room are half parent's tariff all year.
Babies under 2: Free all year but bedding and food must be provided by parent.

Member's children must be registered in the booking system, otherwise half guest tariff will apply.
Bedroom cleaning and linen fee

Bedroom cleaning $52 per room, including bunkroom. Linen $60 per king sheet, $30 per single sheet. Linen exchanged for clean linen during booking $30 per sheet (by arrangement with lodge managers).

Dinner Plain Race Week 26 Jul- 1 Aug

During the first priority booking period (1 - 7 Feb 2026) bookings in Race Week can only be made by those either racing or volunteering in the Pub to Pub race.
At least one person in each room must race or volunteer.
Rooms not booked will be available from the second priority period.
AAC week is 6 - 12 Sep. Snow guarantee under consideration

* Bicycles may be stored securely and under cover in the ski room, drying room, and garage area. Approximately 15 bicycles can be stored
