• Standard rates are based on shared rooms.
• Bookings of eight nights have the ninth night free.
• Rates are exclusive of lift passes and transfers.
• AAC Niseko members: 1 guest at AAC reciprocal rate.
• AAC members’ children under 5: Free of charge when staying in parents’ room.
• Breakfast is included. Bed linen and towels etc. are provided.
• Room booking fee of $30 per room.
• Pick up from Welcome Centre or Kutchan Station can be organised.
• Peak season is 23 December to 28 February.
• Shoulder Season is 9 to 22 December and from 1 March until lodge closure.
• 'AAC Week' is from 1 - 7 March
